OUR SPECIAL VINEYARDS

Nestled in the rolling hills to the west of Angaston, the Lambert Estate vineyard is blessed with some of the region’s finest soils and climatic conditions with our Shiraz and Cabernet grown at the highest elevation in the Barossa Valley.

Situated on 250 acres, the vineyard consists of 17 unique soil types where we grow 11 different varieties of grapes planted around old gum trees that are scattered throughout the property.

We also grow and produce a large variety of food on our 250-acre Estate, including many fruit & nut trees. And our large greenhouse produces year-round and supplies most of the vegetables and spices used by our Chefs in our restaurant.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY

For over 15 years, our vineyards have thrived without pesticides, embracing organic practices wholeheartedly. We’re committed to enhancing and working with our ecosystem, focusing especially on soil health.
